A tailored approach for seniors

At my osteopathic practice in Aix-en-Provence, I take the time to listen to you and understand your specific needs. Each session begins with a thorough consultation and precise tests, allowing me to determine the most appropriate osteopathic techniques for your situation.

Whether you suffer from osteoarthritis, pain related to a prosthesis, or sleep or digestive disorders, I adapt to your age and medical history to offer you a personalized and safe treatment. I can also provide osteopathic sessions at your home if you are unable to travel.

Note: Osteopathy is particularly recommended for relieving pain associated with osteoarthritis, a common condition among seniors. By restoring better joint mobility and reducing muscle tension, osteopathic sessions help reduce inflammation and improve your daily comfort.

Long-term support to preserve your independence

Regaining Mobility and Joint Flexibility

The goal of these sessions is to help you regain better mobility and greater flexibility. By working on areas of tension and restriction, postural balance is improved and pain can be significantly reduced, allowing you to enjoy your daily activities with greater peace of mind.

Tangible Improvement in Everyday Well-being

By regaining ease of movement, it becomes easier to pursue the activities you love. For example, some people suffering from chronic lower back pain gradually regain the ability to walk longer and without discomfort after just a few sessions.

Long-Term Support

This approach is not limited to one-off interventions. Regular follow-up helps maintain independence for as long as possible and supports the body's natural changes over time.

Preventing the Onset of New Problems

Regular consultations offer therapeutic support to anticipate the onset of new pain and better manage certain discomforts related to age or medical treatments.

A complement to medical treatments

Osteopathy can complement conventional treatments. By improving blood and lymphatic circulation, it promotes the elimination of toxins, supports the body's natural defenses, and helps to better tolerate the side effects of certain treatments.

The Expertise of a Passionate Osteopath

A graduate of the European School of Osteopathy and with 24 years of experience, including 20 years as a teacher at the Provence School of Osteopathy, I offer my expertise to support your well-being. My training in England allowed me to develop a holistic view of health and the importance of long-term support. Committed to adapting to each individual, I can also provide consultations in English if needed, as well as home visits.

In addition to in-office sessions, I can also advise you on adopting postures and movements adapted to your daily life, in order to prevent pain and maintain your mobility. Simple stretching or muscle-strengthening exercises, practiced regularly, can make a real difference to your long-term well-being.

For example, an elderly person had a tendency to slouch more and more, which exacerbated their neck and back pain. Thanks to the advice given during our sessions, she learned to correct her posture on a daily basis and regained a straighter and more comfortable silhouette.

A path of excellence in service of your health

A graduate of the European School of Osteopathy in England, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy, I have been practicing as an osteopath with passion for 24 years now.
